Seedless Mango is a tart, non-alcoholic Fruit Tart, brewed in Cincinnati for the afternoons when you want a mango in a can and still have somewhere to be. We wrote the recipe without alcohol from the very first batch, so nothing ever had to be taken out.
Crisp and balanced, the mango packs a flavor punch, and a little lactic tartness keeps it lively all the way to the bottom of the can. On paper it's a non-alcoholic beer, which is why the grocery store shelves it in that aisle. In the glass it drinks a good deal closer to a sparkling fruit soda, and we've stopped arguing with anyone who calls it one.
