The Fruit Castle spent its first century gathering people on a schedule, and it never entirely got out of the habit. Between the taproom, the venue and The Reliquary there is usually something on, and the one fixed point in the week is Wednesday, when the Fresh Fruit Tart goes on and stays on until it runs out.
