The beer
Pink Berry put prickly pear and golden raspberry in the same beer, at the Midwest end of our scale, which means more than two pounds of fruit in every gallon. We called it a Rare Midwest Fruit Tart because rare is the word we keep for fruit that is difficult to source or unique to beer.
Its place in the lineup
Pink Berry came out in 2025, the same year as Skipjack, which was brewed with prickly pear alone. The golden raspberry had shown up before, as the only fruit in Kilobyte, our Rare Midwest Fruit Tart from 2023.
